We have restructured our staff roles.
The Head Manager and Manager roles have been merged into a single role: Manager.

This is not a demotion and not a removal of staff.
No one is being fired or losing responsibility.
This change reflects how the roles already functioned in practice and helps keep our structure simple and transparent.

All existing Managers continue their work with the same authority and responsibilities.
