I would like to sincerely apologize to everyone affected by what happened with the Collection Event. This issue happened entirely due to a mistake on my part while updating the database.
Regrettably, it is not possible to restore individual progress. Once the reset occurred, the event data in the database was overwritten with default values, which means there is no way to see what each player had already completed.
Additionally, a rollback from backups is not possible. Backups are performed at specific intervals, not continuously, and the last available backup was from several hours before the event started, making a recovery impossible.
Despite this situation, I would like to express my gratitude to all of you for your patience and continued support. As a small compensation for the inconvenience caused, all active players will receive:
