These systems affect everything, PvP and PvE.
Inflating them uncontroled breaks the game.
Same character tested before and after the update showed:
⬇️ Lower total Combat Power
⬆️ Higher PvE Combat Power
⚔️ Characters now take real damage instead of being effectively immortal
⏱️ Dungeons are finished faster, in many cases slightly faster than before
❌ No more 1-damage hits from mobs in early or mid game
🚫 No more dungeon soft-lock situations where progress was blocked
This confirms that PvE power was not reduced.
It was redistributed correctly into offensive PvE stats.

Excessive PvP offensive power and overstacked defenses were corrected.
