Battle Styles

Please take a moment to review the rules detailed below.

1. Hacking:
   • Any form of hacking is strictly prohibited. By using the MShield antihack system we are eligible to ban any user account for hacking or just for trying to hack.
     We have a sophisticated log system in place that can identify all forms of cheating, and any hacking attempts will be met with appropriate consequences.
   • Your account will be suspened Permanently for any of the following detections:
   • _{Using any debuging software or other software for reading or editing the game client or memory, or MShield processes.}
   • _{Altering the game client or MShield privileges.}
   • _{AOE Hack: Area of effect cheat.}
   • _{Range Hack: Changing the range of the skill(s).}
   • _{BM2~3 Combo Bug: Using Battle Mode 2 and/or 3 with combo skill.}
   • _{Change Skill Data Hack: Changing any data of any skill or buff.}
   • _{Buff Damage Hack: Changing the type of a buff skill to attack skill.}
   • _{Long Click Hack: Modifying the client to allow you access NPCs or picking up items from abnormal distances.}
   • _{Crash Channel Hack: Attempt to send packets that will try to crash the channels.}
   • _{Damage Hack: Increasing the Force Blader damage to abnormal values.}
   • _{GM Hack: Bypassing the verification that allows ONLY GM characters to access specific functions of the game.}
   • _{No Skill Casting: Hacking the game to trigger a new skill cast before the previous one finishes completely.}
   • _{No Entry Hack: Entering the dungeon and preventing the entry item to be consumed.}
   • _{Memory Speed Hack: Speeding the time in the client, like a fast forward for any actions.}
   • _{StyleHack: Hacking the character creation procedure to use an abnormal style.}
   • _{Unlimited BattleMode Hack: Bypassing the cooldown or duration of the battlemode skills.}
   • _{WalkSpeed: Changing the character movement speed.}
   • _{WallHack: Moving with the character through areas in the map you should not be able to.}
   • _{Zoom Hack: Changing the camera zoom to other values than the default set ones.}
   
   
2. Sharing account:
   
   • Sharing your account is allowed, but STRONGLY NOT RECOMENDED.
   • Our server employs a robust tracking method that monitors account connections and their associated PCs. Please do not underestimate this system; it goes beyond relying solely on simple IP or MAC addresses.
   • If you decide to share your account with a friend or access a friend's account to play, both your account and your friend's account will become linked because they are being accessed by two different individuals. If more accounts are involved in this way, they will all become linked to each other.
   • Consequences: If any of the accounts from the linked connections breaks any of the server rules, all the connected accounts will receive the same punishment.

3. Black Marketing (aka RMT):
   • Engaging in the exchange of game items, game currency, game accounts, or any related items for real-life currency is explicitly forbidden.
     
   • If your account was shared with an account involved in black market activities, it will incur the same penalty. Therefore, exercise caution when choosing with whom you share your account.
     
   • NOTE: Staff members are not obliged to reveal evidence of your participation in the Black Market, particularly if disclosing such evidence would risk exposing the identity of the person who reported the wrongdoing.
     
   • Punishment: Permanent ban
     
     
4. Exploiting bug and/or weaknesses of the game client and/or server:
   
   • Utilizing game client or server vulnerabilities, which include exploiting bugs or any method to gain an unfair advantage over other users, is strictly forbidden.
   • If you come across such an issue, it is imperative to report it to the Cabal World staff members. Failing to do so will result in disciplinary action.
   • Known bugs and exploits at this time:
     1. Exploiting the bike skill "Summon Astral Bike" to get the Immunity offered from bikes to resist the Stun, Down and Knock Back status. Punishment: 30 Days Ban
     2. Exploiting the skill "Battle Aura" to gain extra time for any "Battle Mode" beside the regular extended time. Punishment: 30 Days Ban
   • Punishment for repeating: Permanent
     
     
5. Mission War:
   
   • Relog in any Mission War channel for Refreshed Battle Mode Duration from other channel. Punishment: 7 Days Mission War Ban
   • Teaming Up:
     1. When members from opposing nations consistently avoid engaging with each other to prevent score farming.
     2. When members of opposing nations meet and they farm kills. (Intentionally and repeatedly offering your character to the opposite nation so they can get a high kill score on you)
     3. When members of opposing nations meet and farm score from towers without direct engagement, such as Capella members ignoring specific Procyon members while fighting others who approach, or vice versa.
   • Sabotage:
     1. Engaging in any actions that sabotage the Mission War.
     2. Employing dummy characters or intentionally not assisting the team in the Mission War, etc...
   • Punishment: 14 Days Ban from Mission War channel (all characters from your account will not be allowed to join the Mission War)
     Important information:

     1. The Mission War mode here is a Competitive Capture the Flag. Check the full details of this mode in our Wiki page.
     2. If you encounter any of the above situations and you want to report it, these are the points that your report must respect:
        1. We accept only videos as proofs
        2. The video has to be long enough and at least FULL HD to see clearly your name and the war number of the character that breaks any of the rules from above
        3. If you and/or a reporter player are in a party, party window must be expaned so it will show the party members
     3. All reports must be done on the forum report section that is private between you, the reporter, and the higher staff members. So your identity is protected.
     4. If you constantly make reports without a proper proof it will be considered a harasment towards the staff members wich cost them time and it will cost you your time eventually because you will be banned.
        In short, we dont like and we dont handle personal vendettas.
     
     
6. Advertising:
   • Strictly prohibited: Advertising other Cabal servers.
   • Punishment: Permanent ban
     
     
7. English Only:
   • Being an international community the main language used in our community is English, however everybody is free to speak the language he/she wants in the chat channels:
     • General
     • Party
     • Guild
     • Whisper
   • However we do not allow speaking any other language then english in the channels:
     • Trade
     • Shout
     • Megaphone
   • Punishment: 1 Day ban
   • Note: When communicating with Cabal World staff members, please note that they will only respond to messages in English.
     
     
8. Inappropriate language or flaming:
   • As it is stated in the Terms of Service, any form of insulting, discrimination, etc (see Terms of Service for the detailed list) is strictly prohibited.
   • However Cabal World staff members will not react to every personal issue the users have with others. Cabal World staff members are not here to hold your hands in such situations and your are free to defend yourself as long as it doesn't break the Terms of Service and Rules.
   • Flaming is the online act of posting insults, often laced with profanity or other offensive language on the game or the community. Deliberate flaming is carried out by individuals known as flamers, which are specifically motivated to incite flaming and this behaviour will not be tolerated here.
   • Punishment: 3 Days ban
     
     
9. Disrespecting Cabal World staff members:
   • Disrespecting any of the Cabal World staff members, direct or indirect, is strictly prohibited.
   • Bothering/spamming any of the Cabal World staff members during an event is strictly prohibited.
   • Bothering/spamming any of the Cabal World staff members in general is also strictly prohibited.
   • Note: In case you have any question to a staff member, you can send a Mail in the game or contact them on the forums.
   • Punishment: 28 days ban or Permanent (depending on the case)
     
     
10. Impersonating any of the Cabal World staff members:
    
    • Impersonating any of the Cabal World staff members is strictly prohibited. A similar name to any of the Cabal World staff members names, stating that you are a member of the Cabal World staff, having a misguiding GM, ADMIN, etc (anything that might represent you as a member of the Cabal World staff) in your name will be considered a impersonation.
    • Punishment: Permanent ban
      
      
11. Botting:
    • Using Macro and all other built-in functions of your mouse and/or keyboard or software that helps you play the game while you are not at pc are allowed.
    • If your tool is not working it means it is not permited in our server and its beying blocked by mShield, if you think its a mistake contact the administration team.
    • If the tool you use helps you character do something a player CANT normaly do your tool is clearly not complying with the server rules and you can be banned.
    • Keep in mind that ingame there is a periodical recaptcha verification that will kick you out if you dont check your client regulary.
